The brains behind it, meet the team.
Martin is our founder and he spends his time between San Francisco and Auckland. Nobody really knows what he does, but he always looks good doing it.
Martin has a background in IT, Construction and H&S.
Sani is our lead back end developer and responsible for all back end infrastructure at Competencyapp. Sani is based in Auckland and is a key part of our community.
Sani also has a sidekick in 5 year old, Evelyn our future CEO and current office manager......
Meet our US Manager, Chris. He is a great guy with a vast amount of experience in the environmental sciences field in California and across the world.
One of his downfalls is that he is a big Oakland A's fan, but nobody is perfect.
